Userneeds was founded in 2001 and has from the start been focused on online analysis; first as a consultancy house within a usability-consultancy, and since as a dedicated supplier of web-based questionnaire surveys.
In 2006 this development led to massive investments in the development of Userneeds' organisation and skills. Many of Userneeds' employees have a university or business school education. Our employees work on ensuring the quality of the company's panels, the individual samples and the questionnaires sent to the panel members.
In recent years Userneeds has expanded heavily with large consumer panels in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Ireland. The size of the panels gives Userneeds a unique opportunity to run surveys among specific population segments. Our clients gain access to valuable and instantly usable information about their specific target group.
Userneeds' clients include major Danish and international research institutes and organisations with their own analytic skills. These types of clients allows us to focus on what we do best - supplying online interviews from the people, who have chosen to join one of our panels.
