Userneeds has extensive experience in carrying out market research surveys for both public and private companies. Regardless of whether our surveys are standardised or tailor-made, our point of departure is always the customer's needs. That is why we call ourselves Userneeds.

Methodical solidity

At Userneeds, we have 14 analysts with academic backgrounds, all of whom are experts in methods of analysis. Together, we cover the discipline from several different angles: the commercial, psychological and the sociological. This ensures that our customers always receive reliable and usable survey results.

100.000 Danes

We base our market analysis on the views of our user panel - the Denmark Panel. The panel has more than 100,000 members, and it gives us a tool that is unique within the analysis market. The panel means that we are able to conduct surveys - encompassing the views of several thousand users - precisely, quickly and effectively.

 

We have all segments covered

The Denmark Panel is Denmark's largest panel, and therefore our specialised area of expertise is to conduct segment surveys - that is, surveys of well-defined groups within the Danish population that are otherwise difficult to analyse. These groups could include, for example, diabetes patients, semi-skilled female workers or pensioners with high incomes in the Greated Copenhage area.

Denmark, Sweden and Norway

We also regularly survey the Danes as a whole. We do this when we conduct opinion polls for the Danish media, for instance.

In addition to the Denmark panel, Userneeds also has panels in Sweden and Norway.
