Simon Andersen
Sales, development and management
Simon is sales manager at Userneeds and previously worked for five years at the Boston Consulting Group, initially as a consultant and subsequently as project manager.
Experience working for an international market leader in strategic consultancy in Singapore, Oslo, Sydney and most recently Copenhagen, has helped to provide Simon with an internationally oriented strategic profile and strong methodical focus, which Simon uses on a daily basis to develop Userneeds' customers.
Examples of Simon's consultancy include the start-up of an online entertainment company, the start-up of a new business area for one of Denmark's leading industrial businesses and numerous assignments for private equity firms.
It was as a customer at BCG that Simon first came across Userneeds. Partnering with Userneeds he carried out a concept test panel survey in five countries with more than 3,000 respondents. Simon has been with Userneeds since 2007.
Simon graduated with an MSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, specialising in financing, which he combined with field trips to the UK, the USA and Singapore.
His spare time is devoted to renovating his apartment, running and travel.
