Dennis Kjergaard
User-friendliness, strategic communication and quantitative methods
Dennis graduated with an MSc in Communication Studies from Roskilde Universitetscenter in 2005, where he specialised in strategic communication, user-friendliness and user involvement in development processes.
As analysis manager, Dennis is responsible for customer contact, practical and technical survey implementation, data analysis and reporting to customers.
Another of Dennis' competence areas is online questionnaires. Here, Dennis' involvement ranges from question selection, advising on question methodology to practical survey implementation and presentation of results. Dennis has been with Userneeds since June 2004.
In his spare time Dennis is an avid theatre- and cinemagoer, who also enjoys the numerous other cultural activities the city has to offer. Having said this, he is no stranger to working out on the spinning bicycles or treadmills at the local gym.
Privately, Dennis is a dedicated Mac user, and a good deal of his spare time is spent staying informed about the latest technological developments on the Internet.
